LSES assists Dubai Petroleum 

On 5th May Lamor Swire Environmental Solutions (LSES) successfully completed its one month contract with Dubai Petroleum Establishment (DPE.)

LSES provided a pumping package to assist in the ballast water removal programme from DPE’s Floating Storage Vessel (the Al Wasel) which is located offshore Dubai. The equipment (2 x Lamor GTA 50 submersible pumps and assorted ancillaries) was put through its paces, often pumping the ballast water requiring a 30m vertical lift without fail. All equipment worked without downtime or incident.

With such a wide ranging and diverse stockpile of equipment, LSES is able to assist not only in oil spill response but also in standard offshore jobs such as this.
