The aim of LSES is to provide the operator with a complete Oil Spill Response strategy covering both “preparedness” and “response” and, on an economic level, shift the operator's Oil Spill Response requirements from capital expenditure to operational expenditure; this, we believe, provides the client with both peace of mind and significant cost reductions.

LSES’s Dubai based Tier 3 stockpile has been split into 42 oil spill response packages, which cover 6 operational areas:

• Offshore
• Nearshore
• Shoreline Protection
• Shore Clean Up
• Ports
• Marinas

These six operational areas should cover all of your operational requirements.

Each package is a stand-alone tier 1 system capable of responding to regular spills; obviously, if required, LSES will advise the client which package to select and which combination of packages will optimise their preparedness.

Alternatively (or in addition) to the above services, LSES also offers a four tiered retainer solution which covers the Client’s business both in states of “Preparedness” and “Response”. The LSES Retainer schedule provides the Client with a bespoke range of consultancy, training and equipment services for all budgets and all levels of “Preparedness” and “Response” which can either complement the existing structures in place or fully embed a new, dedicated and professional service into the Emergency Response Contingency Plan.
